Our products are handmade with love in our production facility in Detroit Michigan. We strive to get each order out as quickly as possible, but please note that our items are mostly made to order. What this means:
PROCESSING TIME: 3-7 business days
We get the majority of orders processed in 2-3 business days, but if you need rush service contact us and we’ll try to make it happen. We’re very responsive via email during normal business hours (weekdays, 10 am to 6 pm eastern time, excluding holidays) and even try to reply to inquiries after hours.
TRANSIT TIME: Approximately 5 business days for standard shipping.
We ship most orders via USPS First Class mail, which has an average delivery speed of 5 business days for packages shipping within the contiguous United States once we hand off to USPS.
MISSING PACKAGES: If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t find it please double-check with other members of your household to make sure someone else didn’t bring your package in. If there are areas around your home shipping carriers leave packages like side yards please check there. If you are still unable to locate your package please contact us at support@woodworkingshirtshop.com within 14 days of your package being marked as delivered and we can assist.
